These terms apply when you order printing or design work from Luxmi Graphics, in a shop, on WhatsApp, by phone, or through this website. By placing an order or using our WhatsApp service, you agree to them.

Quotes and orders
- Prices on quotes, in WhatsApp messages or at the counter are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed once you approve the preview or quote and, where asked, pay in full or pay the advance.
- Bulk and custom orders may need an advance before work starts. The amount will be told to you upfront.
- Delivery and ready-by times are estimates. We will tell you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
Your files and proofs
- You are responsible for checking the spelling, numbers, contact details, colours and layout in the preview before approving it. We print what you approve.
- Colours on screens differ from colours on paper and flex. Small colour variations between the preview and the print, or between print runs, are normal and not a defect.
- Low-resolution files may print blurry. We will warn you if we notice it, but the final choice to print is yours.
- If you ask us to design or edit something, design charges apply. Final editable source files (for example CDR files) are provided only if agreed and paid for.
Content you send
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, logos, images and designs you send us. We may refuse any job that we believe is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or copies government documents, currency or ID cards. You agree to cover any loss we suffer from claims about content you supplied.
We keep your files private and only use them for your order. With your permission, we may show finished work in our portfolio or social media.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST is added as applicable and shown on your invoice.
- We accept UPI, cards, net banking (through Razorpay payment links) and cash at the counter.
- Orders are handed over only after full payment unless you have an approved credit account with us.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay and governed by its terms.
Pickup and delivery
Orders can be collected from the branch you chose. Please bring your order number or pickup code. Orders not collected within 30 days of being ready may be disposed of without refund. Delivery, where offered, is covered in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
WhatsApp service
By messaging our WhatsApp numbers you agree to receive replies and order updates from us on WhatsApp. Automated replies may be used to collect order details. A team member is available during shop hours. Please do not send passwords, bank details or card numbers on WhatsApp. How we handle your messages is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility
If a print has a defect caused by us, we will reprint it or refund the price of the affected item, as explained in our refund policy. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events or lost business, or for delays caused by events outside our control (power cuts, machine breakdowns, strikes, natural events).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
