Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Cancellations

• Before printing starts: you can cancel and get a full refund, minus any design charges for work already done.
• After printing has started: orders can't be cancelled, because the material has already been used.
• To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at 089680 76079 with your order number.

Reprints and refunds

We will reprint free of charge, or refund the price of the affected items, if the problem was caused by us, for example:

• Wrong size, quantity, paper or material compared to the confirmed order
• Printing defects such as smudges, streaks, misalignment or damage before handover
• Content different from the preview you approved

We cannot reprint or refund for:

• Mistakes in content that you approved in the preview (spelling, numbers, phone numbers, design)
• Minor colour differences between screen and print, or between print runs
• Poor quality caused by low-resolution files you supplied after we warned you
• Damage after the order has been handed over to you

Please report any problem within 3 days of pickup or delivery, with photos and the printed items where possible.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
• Online (Razorpay) refunds are started within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Cash payments are refunded in cash or by UPI.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup: most orders are collected from our Sector 17 or Sector 8 branch. We message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready.
• Local delivery: available within Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula for a delivery charge told to you before you pay. Delivery usually happens within 1–2 working days after the order is ready.
• We do not ship outside the Chandigarh Tricity unless agreed separately in writing.
• Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather or other events outside our control.
