You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including your WhatsApp conversations with us and files you sent for printing.
How to request deletion
Use any one of these options:
- WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to 089680 76079 from the number you used with us.
- Email: write to hello@luxmigraphic.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the phone number you used.
- In person: ask at our Sector 17 or Sector 8 counter.
We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered number, so that nobody else can delete your data.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, email and address from our customer records
- Your WhatsApp conversation history stored in our order system
- Design files, photos, previews and print files you sent or we made for you
What we must keep
Indian GST and tax law requires us to keep invoices and payment records for 8 years. These records are kept securely and are not used for anything else. Any order still in progress will be completed or cancelled before deletion.
Messages stored inside your own WhatsApp app and on Meta's servers are governed by WhatsApp. You can delete the chat in your app at any time.
Timeline
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will message you once it is done.
